Responsibilities
You effectively use ColorGATE RIP software as intended to process artwork files using approved profiles and make required adjustments
You troubleshoot missing/ corrupt files, and educate the team on learnings and improvements
You run and tweak automations that create assets uploaded to our production printers and website
You prepare artwork packages/ mechanicals to production-ready standards including determining color standards and sizing callouts
You organize and maintain the digital library for the DTG (Direct to Garment), FILM, and Sticker process
You manage missing file reports for both print and digital assets
You retroactively fix file issues and educate the team to future proof problems
You effectively use multiple software such as PLM, ColorGATE, Widen, and Box, as intended
You seamlessly shift projects as priorities require
Qualification
Required
You have a firm grounding in design principles and an understanding of color theory and typography
You have used MAC OS, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Word and Excel as intended
You have demonstrated the foresight to future-proof systems and maximize efficiency for an entire team
You have demonstrated the ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments
You effectively use ColorGATE RIP software as intended to process artwork files using approved profiles and make required adjustments
