Responsibilities
Verifies Insurance coverage and processes Waivers
Investigate client inquiries as directed by Account Managers with the ability to transition and handle emergent priorities
Conduct Audits for Account Managers to ensure clean billing
Update client files and database with accuracy. Ability to handle heavy seasonal database updates
Maintains the strictest confidentiality; adheres to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Provide personal prompt and efficient customer service via telephone
Works primarily within Excel to process and maintain data
Works in conjunction with account managers to ensure clean billing

Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Intermediate or higher) and Microsoft Access systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment where things happen very quickly, and activity is continuous throughout the day
Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
Quick Learner
Ability to grasp new software applications
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks, as well as to accept direction on given assignments
Possession of strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
Ability to collaborate across departments and build effective relationships with internal and external customers to achieve goals
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Ability to be proactive and take the initiative
Exhibit a high level of quality through attention to detail and monitoring of work
Possession of strong organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as exceptional interpersonal communication skills
Ability to Deal with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
