Responsibilities
Product Ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact for the product, managing the product backlog to ensure it aligns with business priorities and delivers maximum value
Vision & Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that is aligned with business objectives and customer needs
Prioritization: Prioritize features and user stories based on business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility to ensure the team focuses on the highest-impact work
Requirements & Development: Collaborate with product management to translate business needs into well-defined features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business leaders, customers, and development teams to ensure a shared understanding of the product vision and roadmap
Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other Product Owners to ensure cohesive features and a unified, value-driven experience for customers and employees
Agile Framework: Champion and implement the principles of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), ensuring agile methodologies are effectively followed
Metrics & Analysis: Define, track, and analyze key success metrics to measure value and identify areas for improvement or strategic pivots
Qualification
Required
A minimum of five years of experience as an agile product owner, with at least three years in a Scaled Agile environment within a large organization
Required SAFe 6.0 Product Owner/Product Manager Certification
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of related work experience
Proficiency with tools like Jira Software, Confluence, Jira Align, and other similar platforms
Strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills
Demonstrated understanding of agile methodologies and the SAFe framework
Ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize effectively
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred
Experience with data, logistics, or operations is highly preferred
