Responsibilities
Process and manage accounts receivable transactions efficiently and accurately
Handle commercial collections by contacting clients to resolve overdue payments
Apply cash payments to customer accounts and ensure timely reconciliation
Maintain detailed records of billing activities and resolve discrepancies promptly
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures
Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status for management review
Monitor customer accounts to identify and address potential payment delays
Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding billing inquiries
Support audits by providing necessary documentation and account details
Qualification
Required
Proven experience working in accounts receivable or a similar financial role
Strong knowledge of commercial collections and cash applications
Proficiency in handling billing functions and resolving payment issues
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
Familiarity with accounting software and tools
High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
