Responsibilities

Explore and identify cost-saving opportunities in relation to Scheels.com shipping expenses
Research and report on the different online shipping experiences & costs across our competitors within key categories & brands
Fundamental understanding of Scheels.com fulfillment processes and ability to support different E-Commerce teams
Process through various aspects of post-purchase order management and package lifecycles
Professional communication on behalf of the Scheels with our established carrier partnerships and other external partners
Ability to research, organize, problem-solve and communicate around complex issues with a team
Ability to identify, test, and improve points of opportunity throughout the scheels.com experience and shipping workflows
Basic computer knowledge: Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
