Responsibilities
Act as Product Owner for supply chain–focused applications and initiatives
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into user stories
Own and manage product backlog, prioritization, and roadmap
Lead and participate in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and development teams
Ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery
Track project progress and resolve blockers
Maintain documentation in Jira and Confluence
Support system enhancements and process improvements across supply chain operations
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in Supply Chain domain
Proven experience as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and Scrum ceremonies
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
Experience working in cross-functional teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced enterprise environment
Preferred
Experience with Blue Yonder
Experience with Symphony RetailAI
Retail industry experience
