This role involves accurate ERP data entry, real-time inventory tracking, and reconciliation across multiple production lines.

Responsibilities
Execute ERP transactions accurately and in a timely manner
Open and close process orders daily
Perform order, production, and inventory reconciliation each shift
Manage shop floor data input and ensure real-time reporting
Conduct bin counts and oversee inventory movement
Use handheld scanners to track production and materials
Review, analyze, and correct production data for accuracy and traceability
Maintain work-in-process, raw material flow, and rework tracking
Complete daily and shift-to-shift reconciling across all production lines
Develop and update job aids to support process improvement
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Proven data entry experience with high accuracy
Experience working within an ERP system (Aptean is a plus)
Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, functions, formatting)
Ability to analyze and correct production data in real time
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Experience with order entry or Excel-based data entry
Exposure to inventory, reconciliation, or production environments
Bilingual a plus (English required)
