Responsibilities
Coordinating with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration and timely delivery
Applying system‑engineering principles to meet milestones, manage risk, and validate solutions
Communicating status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders to keep projects on target
Developing and authoring requirements and supporting documentation aligned with customer needs
Qualification
Required
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Possess an active Secret clearance to start
Deep experience across the Air Vehicle Systems spectrum
Proven track record in systems engineering
Ability to juggle multiple assignments
Engage confidently with senior leadership
Proactive attitude and ability to support teammates
Preferred
Air Vehicle knowledge and experience (subsystem develop and maturation exercises)
Integration experience between flight computers and Line Replacement Units (LRUs)
Experience with Formal Qualification Testing (FQT) in a System Integration Lab (SIL)
Working knowledge of Vehicle management hardware and software
Able to read an interface control document to support model development
Strong test process discipline experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
Experience working with teams of engineers
Cost/Control Account Management (CAM) experience; CAM-Certification
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
