Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, incorporating input from field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Monitor progress against milestones and proactively adjust plans to mitigate delays or disruptions
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables
Oversee project financials including revenue tracking, cost control, and cash flow forecasting
Prepare and present financial reports to project leadership, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, including billing and change order management
Design and implement temporary works such as scaffolding, shoring, and access platforms to support construction activities
Ensure all temporary structures meet safety and engineering standards
Collaborate with field teams to adapt temporary solutions to evolving site conditions
Coordinate with design teams to ensure permanent works are executed according to specifications and client expectations
Implement quality control procedures and conduct inspections to verify compliance with standards and regulations
Address design-related issues promptly to avoid rework and maintain project momentum
Lead the closeout process, including punch list management, final inspections, and documentation handover
Ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled and client satisfaction is achieved
Facilitate lessons learned sessions to capture insights for future projects
Serve as a primary point of contact for the client, maintaining open and professional communication
Address client concerns promptly and effectively, fostering trust and long-term relationships
Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed
Assist in the development of construction execution plans, including logistics, resource allocation, and sequencing
Collaborate with operations leadership to align field activities with strategic project goals
Support the integration of safety and environmental considerations into operational planning
Manage the lifecycle of contracts and subcontracts, from negotiation through execution and closeout
Monitor compliance with contractual terms and conditions, including scope, schedule, and deliverables
Coordinate with legal and procurement teams to resolve disputes and implement change orders

Required

Undergraduate degree in construction management, construction engineering, or other engineering disciplines
5+ years' work experience in construction or engineering
3+ years' experience managing engineers with exposure to cost control and scheduling management
Ability to read, analyze and identify discrepancies on engineering plans, specifications, and contract documents
Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and taking initiative
Strong work ethic, willing to do what it takes to get the job done right the first time
Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity
Passion for safety, with the ability to help us ensure that nobody gets hurt
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals and objectives
Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
Regular, reliable attendance
