The Paralegal will assist attorneys during all phases of the litigation process, providing legal support and administration, including case management, document preparation, and trial preparation.

Responsibilities
Case Management: Organizing case files, tracking deadlines, and maintaining internal databases. (Everlaw)
Document Preparation: Drafting and formatting pleadings, discovery and legal memoranda’s, motions, subpoenas, contracts and other legal documents
E-Discovery: Managing document collection, review and production in both physical and electronic form
Client and Witness Support: Liaising with clients for information, jury selection, preparing witnesses, and coordinating with outside counsel/experts
Trial Prep: Organizing exhibits, preparing trail binders, and assisting attorneys in court
Legal Research: Conducting research to support legal arguments and collect factual research and records
Project Management: Other projects/work as needed across other practice groups to assist with their litigation needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate or equivalent experience
5+ years of paralegal experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong writing and communication skills
E-Discovery knowledge required. Everlaw software preferred or similar tools
Operates with a high degree of accuracy with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage conflicting priorities while respecting tight deadlines
Proven ability to establish professional working relationships with colleagues and external clients
