8+ years expTential Solutions is seeking a seasoned Techno-Functional Project Manager to drive critical workstreams within a high-profile bank merger. This role involves managing various development pods and ensuring alignment with the merger roadmap while adhering to PMO standards.

Responsibilities
Pod Orchestration: Manage and move projects forward across various development pods, ensuring alignment with the broader merger roadmap
PMO Governance: Work within the established PMO framework to ensure consistent reporting, documentation, and compliance with the bank’s integration standards
Stakeholder Communication: Translate technical milestones, risks, and blockers into clear, actionable updates for non-technical stakeholders and leadership
Technical Literacy: Engage in high-level architectural discussions and “speak the language” of the engineers to accurately represent project health
Schedule & Risk Management: Proactively identify bottlenecks within the CI/CD pipeline or integration points and drive resolution
Qualification
Required
8+ years of Project Management experience, preferably within the Financial Services or Banking sector
PMO Experience: Proven track record working within a Project Management Office (PMO), managing project governance, and utilizing standardized reporting tools
Technical Background: A history of working in or closely with software engineering teams
Adaptive Communication: Ability to navigate the nuances of a large-scale corporate merger
