Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of Asset Based clients
Become a trusted advisor with our clients to deliver the entire bank to them
Presenting transactions to risk adjudication with Credit Executives
Hold client discussions to negotiate credit terms and structures
Meet all compliance and regulatory requirements
Negotiate legal documents with outside attorney
Executing syndication strategies when required and also being involved in the closing process
Qualification
Required
College Degree with Accounting/ Finance
10+ years of ABL credit experience
Working knowledge of ABLE or STUCKY operating system
Self-Starter, takes initiative
Basic Microsoft Office and web-enabled prospecting skills
Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
