This role is essential for providing technology solutions for assigned projects and facilitating communication between various teams.

Responsibilities
Lead multiple regional strategic system projects of small to moderate complexity that involve multiple applications and business areas
Serve as a liaison between Informatics, Information Services, and Design and Construction teams
Provide planning for IU Health’s construction projects
Coordinate daily activities, communication, issue resolution, and project financial management
Oversee project resources and team activities
Facilitate business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution development related to IS technologies
Manage project risks and issues through to resolution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
5-7 years of relevant experience
PMP (Project Management Process) certification is required or requirement to attain within 12 months
Required experience with enterprise PPM (Project and Portfolio Management) tools
Strong working skills with MS Office tools such as MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Vizio etc. is required
Required experience with contractor and vendor management
Requires a demonstrated fundamental understanding of project accounting and financial management
Requires an understanding of the Information Management principles, IT processes, Project Management Methodologies, architecture and technologies adopted by an organization
Experience in solution scoping, business case development and creation of TCO models is required
