The Senior Business Solutions Architect will advance Marvin’s Enterprise Platform Transformation by designing and delivering end-to-end solutions across ERP, reporting/analytics, and supply chain execution, with a focus on Lean manufacturing and warehouse management optimization.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to document gaps in Pick-to-Ship and Plan-to-Production workflows; identify Lean improvement opportunities

Configure D365 AWM features (wave planning, work templates, location directives, containerization) and production flows; integrate with transportation and inventory management

Apply Lean principles such as takt time, continuous flow, and waste reduction to stabilize production and improve efficiency

Develop Power BI dashboards for AWM KPIs (wave processing time, picking efficiency, container utilization) and Lean metrics (OEE, cycle vs. takt)

Create test scripts for AWM and production scenarios; facilitate training for warehouse and production teams

Support data migration and ensure integrity across ERP & reporting systems

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

7–10 years ERP implementation experience, including D365 SCM

Hands-on experience with AWM configuration, Lean processes, & Pick-to-Ship optimization

Experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects in a dynamic environment

Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and ability to influence cross-functional teams

Relationship building and collaboration across business and IT

Project management expertise using Agile or Waterfall methodologies

Deep knowledge of D365 Finance & Operations and Supply Chain Management modules, including Advanced Warehouse Management (AWM)

Experience with Pick-to-Ship workflows and Plan-to-Production processes

Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and low-code development using Power Platform

Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles & ability to apply them in ERP workflows
