Develop, produce, and execute engaging social media content that elevates the EVIT brand
Support student recruitment, enrollment awareness, and community engagement
Serve as a creative storyteller and strategic content producer, translating EVIT's mission into authentic digital content
Work collaboratively with administration, instructors, students, and the Marketing team while exercising professional autonomy in content planning, creation, and execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
Minimum of four (4) years of hands-on experience creating and managing social media and digital content
Demonstrated experience creating original social media content for professional, educational, or organizational accounts; portfolio or examples of media content required
Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone, voice, and messaging across multiple platforms and audiences
Solid understanding of social media culture, platform dynamics, and content that resonates with Gen Z and young adult audiences
Proficiency using major social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)
Knowledge of audience engagement strategies, short-form video trends, and digital content best practices
Ability to independently plan, prioritize, and execute content initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Basic photo and video capture and editing skills; smartphone-based production is acceptable, with an emphasis on authentic, real-world content rather than highly produced media
Certified Medical Assistant or Emergency Medical Technician Level 1 with current CPR card and/or BLS Certified for Health Care Providers
Proof of immunization against or immunity to measles and rubella if born after January 1, 1957
Valid Arizona Department of Public Safety Level I IVP fingerprint card
Possession of a valid Arizona driver's license and proof of current automobile insurance is required. Employees must be able to operate a motor vehicle safely
Preferred
Experience working in education, workforce development, or youth-focused marketing
Experience telling real, human-centered stories rather than highly scripted or commercialized content
Interest in skilled trades, technical education, and alternative career pathways
