Responsibilities
Lead and conduct KYC and EDD on corporate and individual customers, including enhanced due diligence (EDD) and periodic reviews
Make Onboarding recommendations to senior management related to potential customers
Understand and apply the overlapping local and global regulatory requirements
Work with business stakeholders to ensure that potential customers are properly assessed to identify possible integrity / financial crime / sanctions / terrorism linked risks and onboarded in a compliant manner
Support the Global Bullish team as needed with KYC related tasks
Create and manage customer accounts
Occasional travel may be required
Qualification
Required
10+ years of directly related experience in a corporate onboarding role with substantial knowledge of relevant rules and regulations and the day-to-day KYC onboarding compliance affairs
Good knowledge on provisions of crypto/fiat licensed entities local laws, directives, regulations and otherwise standards applicable
Sounded market knowledge of leading edge KYC solutions and market practices
Competent in coordinating, organizing and relationship building; excellent time management skills
Preferred
Highly preferred for candidates to possess ACAMS / CAMS / CCAS / ICA certifications or similar
Professional experience at a digital assets company is a major plus
Good knowledge of upcoming regulations of virtual currency policies is a strong plus
