They are looking for an experienced Head of Content to lead their content function, ensuring high-quality execution and measurable business impact across their client portfolio.

Responsibilities

Rigorously managing and executing only the highest quality client deliverables on time
Working with internal GMP teams to deliver and optimize channel strategy for both SEO and GEO
Developing strong internal processes that enable scale and predictable delivery
Hiring and building out the content team
Managing content team performance, development, and clear ownership across content initiatives
Driving measurable SEO/GEO content results aligned with client and business goals
Maintaining and improving client satisfaction, content NPS, and long-term relationships

Required

7+ years of experience in content marketing and SEO/GEO, with experience managing teams
Proven ability to lead SEO content optimization and editing at a high level
Strong client-facing presence and comfort owning senior-level client conversations
Experience coaching and developing content managers, editors, and writers
Deep understanding of SEO content strategy, on-page SEO, and performance analysis
Ability to set quality standards and hold teams accountable to them
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of AI and ability to improve and automate your workflows using AI platforms/automation tools
Detail-oriented with incredible organizational, prioritization, and project management skills
