Responsibilities

Operation and direction of financial accounting systems for the CRA and affiliated entities
Basic bookkeeping to budget preparation
Financial analysis, forecasting, tracking and reporting systems
Works under the general direction of the CRA Executive Director or Designee
Exercises considerable independent judgment in the completion of assignments

Qualification

Financial accountingBudget preparationFinancial analysisGovernmental accountingMunis experienceSupervisory experienceNIMS certificationPublic administrationBusiness administration

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or public administration or related field
Five or more years' of financial, governmental accounting and budget experience
At least one year of supervisory experience
National Incident Management System (NIMS) certification (level to be determined by job classification requirements), or obtain within one year of employment

Preferred

Munis experience and knowledge in governmental fund accounting and budgeting
