Responsibilities
Engage with local businesses face‑to‑face throughout Brooklyn and the Bronx to introduce a new delivery partner program
Deliver compelling, friendly pitches that spark interest and drive applications
Qualify businesses and support them through every step of the application process while managing activity in Salesforce
Partner with the Field Manager to plan and execute recruitment events—lunch & learns, town halls, and more
Build relationships with influential community organizations, such as local chambers of commerce and economic development groups
Import and manage Excel-based lead lists in Salesforce on a weekly basis
Qualification
Required
1–2+ years of field sales experience with a track record of success
Strong proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems
Experience in door-to-door, outside, or territory-based sales
Preferred
Bilingual skills highly preferred — priority given to Spanish, Mandarin, or Russian speaker
