Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk

They are seeking an Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk to support the Finance team by keeping financial records organized, accurate, and up to date.
Individual & Family Services
Responsibilities
Maintain financial files and records
Enter data into accounting systems and reports
Support Accounts Payable emails and receipt collection
Reconcile vendor statements
Process finance correspondence and mail
Assist with copying and administration tasks
Qualification
Required
High school Diploma or GED
1+ year of office experience (financial or record keeping preferred)
Basic accounting knowledge
Strong organization, accuracy, and confidentiality
Comfort with computers, calculators, and office equipment
