Responsibilities
Managing a team of professionals to achieve goals around membership, experiences, and participation
Coach and mentor teens to implement annual calendar of impactful, high quality, and fun programs, including regular leadership training
Supervising direct reports with an expectation of high performance, strong culture and promotion
Recruiting, training, and building a strong community of volunteer advisors
Seeking out and cultivating relationships with parents, alumni and community partners to mobilize more people to grow and support BBYO
Utilizing data to drive decisions in building a robust member recruitment process
Coordinate and lead execution of regional conventions and large scale events
Managing and balancing a major programmatic budgets
Participating in organizational projects, teams, and summer programs as assigned to expand the movement and strengthen teen leadership
Qualification
Required
5+ years of work experience
A bachelor's degree or higher
Must reside in the Greater Philadelphia area and be willing and able to travel regularly within the region
Attend all regional conventions and major events, BBYO's staff conference, and staff BBYO's International Convention each year
Ability to staff a summer leadership program for 2-3 weeks during summer
Ability to work non-traditional hours (some nights and weekends) when teens are available
Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. without holding a visa or sponsorship
