Answering incoming calls and interacting with potential new clients over the phone and in person in a caring manner
Responding to calls efficiently and accurately
Addressing concerns, notifying paralegals and investigators, and providing excellent customer service
Performing other administrative duties
Qualification
Required
Bilingual in English and Spanish
1-3+ years working in a Law firm
1+ years as an Intake Paralegal (Personal Injury Law highly preferred)
Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person
Proficient in computer and administrative skills
Overall, organization and attention to detail are necessary
