Responsibilities
Overseeing physical maintenance, cleanliness, usability, and readiness of 160+ office locations
Managing access (keys, fobs, codes) and ensuring secure entry for rotating staff and physicians
Coordinating build-outs, set-ups of new offices, and closures or relocations
Managing office inventory (supplies, equipment, furniture) and implementing efficient replenishment systems
Serving as the primary point of contact for landlords, property managers, and vendors
Conducting periodic in-person checks statewide and coordinating remote inspections where necessary
Ensuring ADA compliance, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Continued development of existing SOPs for office use
Managing budgets associated with facilities, supplies, and maintenance
Troubleshooting facilities issues quickly and effectively
Qualification
Required
3+ years in facilities management, operations management, or property management
Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift and transport light equipment/supplies as needed
Preferred
Experience working in multi-location operations (WeWork, hotel chains, medical groups with satellite offices, retail chains, coworking spaces, facilities management companies)
Experience launching or managing remote sites strongly preferred
Experience with medical office environments is a plus but not required
