Advise borrowers on mortgage products and lending options based on individual financial profiles

Collect and analyze client financial documentation to determine eligibility and loan structure

Submit complete and accurate loan applications for processing and underwriting

Coordinate with processors, underwriters, and closers to ensure timely and efficient transactions

Maintain active pipeline and track loan progress using origination systems

Uphold regulatory compliance and ethical lending practices throughout the origination process

Build and sustain referral relationships with real estate professionals, financial advisors, and other partners

Assist in training and mentoring junior originators, sharing product knowledge and industry best practices

Support branch sales goals and contribute to a positive team environment

Required

Proficiency with loan origination systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office

Preferred
