Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic partner to the Program Lead and Clinical Science to shape and execute clinical development strategy
Drive patient enrollment progress, identifying risks, mitigation strategies, and opportunities to accelerate recruitment
Partner with Clinical Operations to address site-related challenges, including activation, performance, and operational bottlenecks
Lead integrated cross-functional planning and execution, ensuring program alignment
Own program-level execution, milestone tracking, and issue resolution across functions
Drive risk identification, mitigation, and escalation related to clinical execution and delivery
Prepare program updates and materials for senior leadership and governance forums

Required

Advanced degree (MS, MBA, or PhD preferred) in life sciences or a related discipline
8+ years of experience in drug development program leadership, with direct exposure to clinical development execution
Prior Neuroscience experience
Demonstrated experience advancing patient enrollment and site performance in clinical trials
Strong track record of partnering with Clinical Science and Clinical Operations teams
Proven ability to lead complex, high-visibility programs in a matrixed environment
Excellent communication skills and executive presence

Preferred

MS, MBA, or PhD in life sciences or a related discipline
