Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness
Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and accruals
Analyze financial statements and provide variance explanations
Support the preparation of internal and external financial reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure timely reporting
Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
Assist with audit preparation and respond to auditor inquiries
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the accounting function
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks)
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Public Accounting experience, 2-4 years in audit
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required
3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a public accounting environment
