Qualification
Required
Strong Team Management and Leadership skills to effectively lead, develop, and motivate a team
Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills for providing a positive customer experience and clear team collaboration
Proven Sales experience and the ability to drive revenue and achieve performance targets
Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate sales data and implement strategies for improvement
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
Preferred
Previous retail experience preferred, with a strong understanding of store operations and management
