Responsibilities
Learn a variety of tasks related to Accounting, such as:
Annual Company Stock Purchase
Vendor Invoice Reconciliation and Payment Processing
Multi-State Sales and Use Tax Reconciliation
Fixed Asset Accounting
Multi-State Unclaimed Property Compliance
Accounting System Vendor Maintenance
Strong oral/written communication and computer skills
Detail-oriented, organized, ability to multi-task and maintain a high level of accuracy
Competent in Microsoft Excel
Qualification
Required
Learn a variety of tasks related to Accounting, such as: Annual Company Stock Purchase, Vendor Invoice Reconciliation and Payment Processing, Multi-State Sales and Use Tax Reconciliation, Fixed Asset Accounting, Multi-State Unclaimed Property Compliance, Accounting System Vendor Maintenance
Strong oral/written communication and computer skills
Detail-oriented, organized, ability to multi-task and maintain a high level of accuracy
Competent in Microsoft Excel

The ideal candidate will have an interest in obtaining an Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation
Sedentary work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body
