Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Program Manager
Chapa-De Indian Health is a non-profit community outpatient health center dedicated to advancing the health and well-being of American Indians and low-income individuals. They are seeking a Program Manager to lead and strengthen their Substance Use Disorder program, overseeing daily operations and ensuring quality improvement while collaborating with various health partners.

Oversee daily program operations and staff supervision
Advance trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
Drive quality improvement, audits, and grant performance
Collaborate with medical, behavioral health, and community partners
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four (4) year college or University; or one (1) to two (2) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Two (2) years' experience in healthcare or education related program or department
Prior healthcare administration, behavioral health and/or substance use disorders experience
Familiarity with grant funded programs and grant application processes
Prior supervisory experience or experience managing a program
Computer proficiency in a variety of applications and programs including: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Electronic Health Records
Valid Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and DMV printout
