Responsibilities
Assisting with documenting existing processes and procedures for Collections and Portfolio Management
Supporting the development of process layouts, workflow diagrams, and operational documentation
Helping map current-state and future-state workflows to improve efficiency and clarity
Assisting with manual operational tasks to support day-to-day team activities
Organizing and maintaining documentation in shared systems and tools
Collaborating with team members to gather information and identify process improvement opportunities
Supporting special projects related to process improvement, reporting, or operational optimization
Qualification
Required
You are currently enrolled as a full-time Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior at a four-year college
Your major is related to Business, Finance, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field
You can commit to an 8- or 10-week internship
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
You have strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills
You're local to Los Angeles, CA and available to work onsite, Monday–Friday (40 hours per week)
Benefits
Compensation: $25.00/hour.
