Responsibilities
Oversee, mentor and nurture a team of nurses, HHA's, resident care aides and medication technicians
Provide caring and attentive help to residents in managing their activities of daily living (ADLs)
Administration of their medications
Leading the team in caring for residents with skill and genuine kindness
Following all policies and procedures, and adhering to the instructions of the Director of Wellness
Must have staff supervisory and medication oversight experience, preferably in an assisted living, nursing home or similar environment
Must have an active LPN certification and be driven by a genuine desire to improve the quality of life of our residents
Experience assisting those with Alzheimer's disease and dementia is a plus
Must be caring, reliable and observant with an understanding of MAR’s and doctors' orders
It’s essential to excel in prioritizing, multi-tasking and working independently
