Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all aspects of assigned projects, including scope, schedule, cost, staffing, and deliverables
Create, maintain, and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to track milestones, dependencies, and program performance
Prepare and present project status reports to upper management
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather and validate technical inputs for proposals and program planning
Coordinate with Pricing and Sourcing teams to remove roadblocks, validate cost assumptions, and ensure timely completion of RFP requirements
Facilitate cross-project coordination to align activities, shared resources, and deliverables
Develop and monitor program control elements, including budgets, deadlines, schedules, and work assignments
Apply change, risk, and resource management principles to support execution and maintain contract compliance
Resolve elevated scope, schedule, or integration issues by engaging cross-functional stakeholders and identifying corrective actions
Lead compliance matrix review sessions to ensure proposal deliverables align with customer requirements
Support Commercial Item Justification (CIJ) activities by analyzing RFP requirements and ensuring documentation completeness
Partner with the Pricing team to validate Bill of Materials (BOM) content for accuracy and completeness prior to submission
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
2–4 years of project or program management experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools, including Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent)
Experience supporting proposals, RFPs, or pricing activities
Familiarity with compliance matrices, BOM validation, or CIJ documentation
