Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end business analysis initiatives, including requirements gathering, process modeling, and solution design to support organizational objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines within Agile frameworks
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker to visualize key performance indicators
Design and optimize database schemas and data pipelines utilizing SQL Server, Oracle, Talend, and ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accessibility
Conduct comprehensive data analysis using R, Python, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), and other scripting languages to extract insights and inform decision-making
Manage project lifecycles in accordance with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) best practices while coordinating with technical teams on implementation
Support database design efforts and ensure adherence to best practices in database management and linked data integration
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders through documentation tools like Visio
Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements through analysis skills and technology solutions

Required

Extensive experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and related visualization tools
Proficiency in SQL Server, Oracle databases, and database design principles
Strong knowledge of ETL processes using Talend or similar tools; familiarity with R, Python, VBA, Bash scripting
Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies within Agile environments
Expertise in business analysis techniques including requirements elicitation, process modeling, and stakeholder management
Experience managing projects with a focus on analytics solutions in fast-paced environments
Familiarity with linked data concepts and data analysis skills for complex datasets
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Knowledge of project management principles combined with analytical expertise to deliver impactful results
