Security Administrative Associate

Responsibilities
Prepare reports and documents using a variety of software applications
Compile and organize information from multiple sources
Perform general office duties, including word processing, data entry, and document auditing
Answer and direct phone calls professionally
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Support small-scale project coordination and tracking
Maintain and manage calendars, appointments, and schedules
Handle confidential information with discretion
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
Preferred
Experience with both internal and external customer service
