Responsibilities
Lead outbound and targeted BD efforts for one vertical we assign and equip
Engage decision-makers in high-trust, consultative conversations
Apply Exemplar’s diagnostic framework to identify operational, people, or financial risk
Use approved messaging, processes, and CRM documentation to ensure compliance and data integrity
Schedule and qualify strategy sessions with founders, COOs, CFOs, HR leaders, and operators
Partner closely with our senior advisors to refine targeting, messaging, and funnel performance
Uphold confidentiality, ethical standards, and risk-aware communication at all times
Qualification
Required
2+ years of B2B outbound BD or consultative sales (advisory, SaaS, operations, HR, finance)
Think like a strategist, not a prospector
Enjoy diagnosing root causes, not selling surface solutions
Understand that ethical boundaries, confidentiality, and disciplined messaging matter
Appreciate a structured process and can document accurately in a CRM
Comfortable speaking with founders, executives, and operators about real business pain
Preferred
Experience with SMB/founder-led markets, systems design, ops consulting, AI, or copywriting
