Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service by way of solid product knowledge of branded merchandise
Operating the cash register accurately
Maintain the cleanliness and visual appearance of the store/displays
Support our e-commerce operation. Picking/Packing
Assist with outside sales events
Heavily assists with Coordinator roles to develop and provide back-up assistance
Maintain store standards through accurate ticketing, stocking of merchandise, and completion of receivers
Assist in the placement and organization of merchandise on the sales floor and in stockroom
Assist with physical inventory counts
Loss prevention through accurate use of the cash register
Assist with high level opening and closing procedures
Ensure safe and proper evacuation of visitors and employees
Assist with the training and onboarding of new hires
Honest and open communication
Provide feedback and solutions to gaps in processes and procedures
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience
Demonstrate personal leadership by taking ownership of accountabilities
Demonstrating integrity and adaptability
Maintaining a positive attitude
Self-motivator
Weekend availability
Lift up to 40 lbs
Preferred
Previous leadership experience
