Assisting clients in obtaining mortgage loans
Evaluating financial information
Determining the best loan options available
Generating new leads
Building strong client relationships
Submitting loan applications
Guiding clients through the mortgage process from start to finish
Collaboration with internal teams
Adherence to compliance requirements
Qualification
Required
Experience in Loan Origination, Mortgage Lending, and Loans
Knowledge of Underwriting principles and guidelines
Strong understanding of Finance and financial analysis
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships
Proficient in using loan processing systems and software
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; relevant college degree preferred
Current NMLS license is required
