Responsibilities

Supporting the development of system architectures, including block diagrams, interface control documents and other architectural artifacts for missile subsystems
Developing and refining performance, interface and environmental requirements for circuit card designs
Conducting trade studies to evaluate alternative designs, optimize system performance and produce clear implementation recommendations
Collaborating with systems, software and test engineers to ensure requirements are met and that hardware integrates smoothly into the overall missile system
Creating and maintaining digital twin models, simulation artifacts and other system modeling deliverables
Participating in design reviews, technical meetings and configuration control processes to verify that designs satisfy all requirements
Producing and updating technical documentation, including system architecture descriptions, requirements packages and trade study reports

Familiarity with military standards and specifications, including MIL-STD-461 and MIL-STD-704
Matlab experience
LM Design Assurance Process experience
Experience with MOSA (Modular Open Systems Architecture) and WOSA (Weapon Open Systems Architecture)
Experience with CAMEO requirements management tools
