Responsibilities
Support and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, including internal audits and document control
Lead AS9102D First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs), including preparation and review
Support IATF 16949 PPAP documentation and customer submissions
Lead and support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions using standard quality tools
Support customer feedback investigations, corrective actions, and trend analysis
Apply SPC and basic statistical tools to monitor and improve process performance
Support qualification of new equipment, processes, or systems using IQ/OQ/PQ methods
Perform and support material testing and dimensional inspections
Maintain quality documentation, procedures, and records
Support continuous improvement and kaizen activities
Deliver quality system and process training to cross-functional teams
Prepare and manage quality documentation, including CoCs, CARs, PPAPs, FAIRs, IMDS, and calibration records
Support change management by evaluating quality impact and required documentation
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
Experience in a Quality Engineering or Quality Systems role within manufacturing
Hands-on experience with PPAP, FAIRs, internal audits, and corrective action processes
Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100D, and/or IATF 16949
Quality systems: 2 years
Lean manufacturing: 2 years
ISO 9001: 2 years
Ability to Commute: St. Louis, MO 63045
Preferred
ASQ certification (CQE, CQT, Six Sigma Green Belt)
