Senior Human Resources Business Partner
SRS Distribution Inc. is a company seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) to serve as an Enterprise Integrator and Strategic Advisor. Responsibilities
Translate business strategy into workforce and talent implications for assigned vertical/region
Partner with senior leaders to identify future capability needs and align HR priorities with enterprise objectives
Integrate Talent Planning into workforce strategy by identifying critical roles, assessing succession depth, and aligning HiPo development with future business needs
Partner with leaders to identify engagement and retention risks and integrate strategies that reinforce a strong culture while ensuring leadership continuity and future-ready talent
Aggregate demand signals across leaders to identify patterns, systemic issues, and enterprise-level opportunities
Serve as a trusted advisor to executive and senior leaders on organizational design, talent strategy, and change leadership
Build leader capability to execute enterprise HR programs effectively and lead through change
Provide guidance on sequencing and prioritization of HR initiatives based on business readiness and strategic impact
Advise and coach leaders on Talent Planning practices, including talent reviews, succession planning, and HiPo development, to strengthen leadership capability and ensure continuity for critical roles
Deploy HR programs and solutions designed by COEs within defined guardrails, ensuring relevance without customization
Bring different HR programs together to give leaders clear and consistent experience; example - aligning onboarding, performance management, and leadership development into one connected process
Influence adoption and effectiveness of HR programs through proactive engagement and feedback loops
Lead activation of enterprise change initiatives within assigned vertical/region
Coach leaders on change readiness, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement
Monitor adoption and address friction points to ensure successful implementation of HR transformations
Influence talent decisions by providing insights and recommendations
Use workforce analytics and business data to inform decisions and measure impact of HR strategies
Identify trends and risks across talent, engagement, and organizational health; escalate systemic issues through governance forums
Provide actionable insights to COEs and HR leadership to refine programs and improve enterprise outcomes
Drive alignment with the enterprise HR operating model and uphold clear decision-making authority to enable consistent, scalable practices
Escalate true exceptions and systemic issues through defined governance forums, avoiding ad-hoc negotiation
Reinforce enterprise value over local optimization in all HR decisions
Monitor and report on HRBP success measures, including leader capability uplift, program adoption, and talent outcomes tied to business strategy
Participate in enterprise HR planning and feedback loops to improve alignment and execution
Contribute to ongoing refinement of HR operating model and role clarity across HR functions
Provide strategic leadership and coaching to HR Generalists and HR Business Partners
Foster professional growth through mentorship, capability building, and performance feedback
Ensure alignment of team priorities with enterprise HR objectives and cultivate a high-performing, collaborative HR team that delivers consistent, value-driven outcomes
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated ability to partner with executives and senior leaders on complex organizational, talent and leadership challenges
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect talent strategy to business outcomes
Experience operating within enterprise HR models with COEs and shared services
Proven ability to influence without authority and lead through ambiguity and change
Strong data fluency with experience using workforce insights to drive decisions
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior-level partnership with executive leadership
Preferred
Experience in supporting large, multi-site, or multi-business organizations
Experience with enterprise HR transformations, operating model shifts, or large-scale change initiatives
Prior leadership experience guiding SR. HRBPs or senior HR professionals
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field
SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification
