Responsibilities
Assisting with daily helpdesk tickets, including basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Supporting hardware replacement and in-office troubleshooting for employees
Assisting with laptop refresh and reimaging projects, including device setup and deployment
Helping maintain accurate IT asset inventory records and supporting inventory audit projects
Assisting with IT inventory management, tracking, and documentation
Supporting special IT projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
You are currently enrolled as a full-time Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior at a four-year college
Your major is related to Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
You can commit to an 8- or 10-week internship
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
You have strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
You're local to Los Angeles, CA and available to work onsite, Monday–Friday (40 hours per week)
Benefits
