Sales Supervisor
Talent Group is seeking a Sales Supervisor to support the Sales Manager in overseeing daily sales operations. The role focuses on sales growth, compliance, training, and maintaining strong distributor and client relationships while ensuring the sales team delivers high-quality customer interactions.

Responsibilities
Support sales leadership and daily team operations
Audit sales activity, CRM entries, follow-ups, and quote accuracy
Develop and maintain repeatable sales processes, scripts, and SOPs
Assist with sales growth initiatives and distributor support
Train, onboard, and coach sales team members
Monitor CRM accuracy, pipeline activity, and follow-up compliance
Track KPIs and provide performance reporting to leadership
Support escalated customer or account issues
Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, logistics, and support teams
Assist with reporting, lead distribution, and training materials
Qualification
Required
3+ years of sales experience
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
High attention to detail with an auditing and compliance mindset
Experience using CRM systems
Preferred
Supervisory or lead experience
Salesforce experience
Background in manufacturing, technical, or product-based sales environments
Experience supporting distributors or channel partners
Associate's degree or equivalent experience
