Space Enterprise Coordinator

The Space Enterprise Coordinator will synchronize communication, procedural workflows, and system integration efforts across operations centers and partner agencies to support national security programs in space warfighting operations.

Responsibilities
Work closely with Strategic Plans Division and Mission Protection to ensure approved task orders are implemented as intended across customer enterprise
Maintain enterprise wide-situational awareness and operational picture continuity
Measure effectiveness & performance criteria development; assess risk and predict performance and coordinate with IC and DoD stakeholders
Coordinate training and exercise events for national operations centers and MGSs
Synchronize planning efforts; ensure Course of Action (COA) and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedure (TTPs) meet mission protection needs through training, exercises and test checkout
Assess Collection Management prioritization and mission impact drive improved efficiencies
Liaise with operations centers and enterprise-wide leadership; lead briefings, facilitate tours
Document Weekly Activity Reports (WARs) tracking significant enterprise statuses and progressions
Facilitate testing & integration efforts as new technologies link with all space protection missions
Support strategic planning and anticipate future threats and operational requirements
Frequently travel to partnered operations centers (CONUS, multiple sites within program) and ground segments
Work full-time on-site at a government facility in Colorado Springs, CO
Qualification
Required
Minimum 12 years' prior relevant experience with bachelor's degree (BS); 16 years' relevant experience in lieu of degree, 10 years' relevant experience with MS degree or PHD in related field
8+ years' experience working in high-tempo space operational environment with contractors and government officials (both military and civilian) of all ranks and leadership levels
Understanding and prior applied knowledge of orbital mechanics and space surveillance systems
6+ years management experience supervising personnel and/or leading relevant ops teams
Active TS/SCI clearance with adjudicated CI Poly
Preferred
10+ years' experience working in high-tempo space operational environment with contractors and government officials (both military and civilian) of all ranks and leadership levels
6+ years' experience with STK or other astrodynamics systems (i.e. ASW, ATLAS, SPADOC and/or available I&W tools)
6+ years' experience working within Intelligence Community supporting space domain missions
Experience in Planning, (i.e. Joint Operational Planning & Execution System (JOPES), CCMD/Joint Staff planning process, Joint Special Technical Operations or managing team execution of Joint DoD and IC plans and task orders)
