Responsibilities
Conduct research for parental rights advocacy and resources
Review and be knowledgeable about complaints, motions, briefs, and other documents so that you can effectively review all public statements/content on parental rights cases
Represent ADF’s parental rights advocacy efforts in court of public opinion
Confer with colleagues to establish and verify facts, create accurate messaging, etc
Cooperate with Development team, including speaking engagements and other events
Interact with media regarding cases and issues
Advise allied attorneys on legal issues within areas of competence
Network and develop relationships with allied groups and attorneys and/or potential allied groups and attorneys
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
JD., licensed to practice law in relevant jurisdiction
