Responsibilities
Prepare and send out daily, weekly, biweekly, and monthly cycle counts
Record, store, and analyze information using accounting software
Receive payments and post amount paid to customer accounts
Debit, credit, and total customer accounts on computer spreadsheets and databases, using specialized accounting software
Research and answer inquiries or disputes about accounts for customers
Locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts
Submit invoice data in shipper/third party payer required formats
Reconcile and process credit card transactions
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
At least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Preferred
Clerical or administrative experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field preferred
1+ year of related experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Advanced computer and keyboarding skills
Professional telephone etiquette and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
