Act as a trusted partner for members, helping them navigate everything from new accounts to consulting on consumer lending needs
Educate members on advanced products like Mortgage, Business, and IRA offerings
Serve as a Notary and provide peer mentorship to newer team members
Qualification
Required
Two years of credit union or financial institution experience required
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Positive attitude and proven ability to drive sales through excellent service
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively is required
Demonstrates strong aptitude to problem-solve independently and resolve challenges utilizing available resources
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time successfully
Showcases strong collaboration skills and adaptability when working within a cohesive team environment
Preferred
Prior consulting and sales experience highly preferred
Prior cash handling experience highly preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
