Responsibilities
Maintaining and optimizing enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage systems, and cloud environments
Implementing system configurations that align with business objectives
Performing regular system monitoring and maintenance
Ensuring high availability of critical services
Troubleshooting complex technical issues
Supporting system upgrades, patches, and lifecycle maintenance
Maintaining comprehensive documentation of system configurations and procedures
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Contributing to infrastructure projects from conception through implementation
Assisting in coordinating project timelines and ensuring deliverables align with operational needs
Participating in disaster recovery processes
Supporting security best practices and helping ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable standards

Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
3–5 years of hands-on experience in systems engineering or administration
Demonstrated expertise with Windows Server and Active Directory administration
Technical proficiency with Azure AD / M365 administration
Technical proficiency with Hyper-V virtualization
Technical proficiency with Networking protocols/services (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
Technical proficiency with IT ticketing system configuration and management
Technical proficiency with PowerShell or CLI scripting/automation
Technical proficiency with Storage and backup technologies in cloud-integrated environments
Familiarity with monitoring tools, configuration management systems, or ITSM frameworks such as ITIL
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
Ability to effectively communicate with non-technical audiences
Strong documentation and organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
A proactive approach toward issue prevention and remediation
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred
Preferred certifications such as MCSE or VCP
