Coordinate various business aspects of assigned contract portfolio
Assist executive sponsors/contract monitoring officers in meeting expected operational, quality and business performance goals
Proactively keep Contract Administration leadership and personnel apprised of contract activity in the assigned portfolio
Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
Adhere strongly to the ServiceFIRST values: friendliness, integrity, responsibility, satisfaction and teamwork

Required

Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or other related field required
Five (5) or more years in healthcare business operations
Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact), Exceptional Verbal (e.g., Public Speaking), Writing /Correspondence, Writing /Reports
P.C., MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access
Analytical, Mathematics, Medical Terms

Preferred

Master's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or other related field preferred
