Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Salesforce Developers and Engineers, focusing on career development, technical growth, and day-to-day delivery execution
Drive the architectural vision and technical roadmap for the Salesforce platform (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and its integrated applications, prioritizing scalability, security, and performance
Collaborate with Product Management, business analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business needs into prioritized, scalable technical solutions
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of complex programmatic Salesforce solutions and integrations with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, Billing)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
7 years of experience in Salesforce development or architecture, with at least 3 years in a formal leadership or people management role
Experience in managing and building fast changing web apps, and managing high volume, real time APIs with high traffic
Experience in the Salesforce platform with project management acumen, including the ability to accurately estimate scope, deconstruct complex problems into manageable deliverables, and adapt effectively to evolving requirements
Preferred
10 years of experience in software development or architecture, with exposure to CRM and GTM applications
5 years of people management experience within a highly cross-functional and fast paced organization
Ability to multi-task, and can quickly switch context and be able to work on multiple projects
Experience providing thought leadership in technologies and system architecture and driving innovation in an ecosystem of 1P (GKE, Apigee, etc) and 3P (Salesforce, Zuora, etc) technology environments
