Assist in all aspects of the firm’s Corporate Practice Group
Represent clients in diverse industry sectors on matters relating to corporate formation, partnership and LLC matters, finance and venture capital, governance and compliance, complex commercial contracts, and mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings
Work as outside counsel for several long-term clients
Qualification
Required
Excellent academic credentials
At least two years of experience in corporate law
